You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please ensure the return package is returned to us within these 14 days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Original payment method: Refunds via your original payment method typically take 7-10 business days after your return has been processed.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative. Shipping for the replacement item is free.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Items that have been worn or damaged and not reported to our customer service.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, depending on the carrier and the country you're returning from. Please note that we don't cover import duties or customs fees on exchanges. Please ensure you retain proof of shipment with track & trace until your return has been processed.
Returns processing
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
