Thank you for your purchase from De Heeren Amsterdam. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
The parcel can be returned to the shipping address stated on the box. Indicate on the packing slip whether you would like a refund or would like to exchange the product for a different size of the same item.
Return period
You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please make sure the return parcel is sent back to us within these 14 days.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and with the labels attached.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
Refund options
- Original payment method: A refund via your original payment method usually takes 7-10 working days after your return has been processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative. Shipping for the replacement item is free of charge.
Damaged or defective items

Exclusions
- Items that have been worn or damaged and have not been reported to our customer service.
Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense and depend on the carrier and the country you are returning from. Please note that we do not cover import duties or customs charges on exchanges. Make sure to keep proof of shipment with track & trace until your return has been processed.
Return processing
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
