Where does De Heeren Amsterdam deliver and what are the delivery times?
De Heeren Amsterdam only delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands: 1 working day (Order before 5pm and you will receive your order tomorrow).
- Belgium: 2-4 working days
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to track the status of your package via the carrier's website.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@deheerenamsterdam.nl with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can return it according to our returns policy.
Can I receive my order in multiple shipments?
In some cases, we may send your order in multiple shipments, for example, if certain products are out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
